Trade another seated holiday gathering for an indoor event where your group can eat, compete, play and spend time together. [Request a Holiday Party Quote](https://www.powerupfw.com/request-a-quote?hsLang=en) [See What Your Group Can Do →](https://www.powerupfw.com/groups-events#occasions) Company parties • Team celebrations • Family & social gatherings Change the format ## Less sitting around. More to talk about. Food may bring everyone to the same place. Activities give them a reason to mix, compete and experience the event together. 1. 01 ### Play Move between active and skill-based experiences instead of building the entire event around the table. 2. 02 ### Compete Add friendly competition with attractions that let coworkers, friends and family challenge each other. 3. 03 ### Connect Leave room in the plan for food, conversation and catching up between activities. Make it your event ## One season. Different kinds of groups. ![powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080](https://www.powerupfw.com/hs-fs/hubfs/powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080.jpg?width=1920&height=1080&name=powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080.jpg) Company holiday party ### Get the team out of the office. Bring coworkers together around food, activities and friendly competition instead of another event built entirely around a seated meal. Good for: Company holiday gatherings · Employee appreciation · Year-end celebrations · Organization-wide social events ![team-building-ropes (1)](https://www.powerupfw.com/hs-fs/hubfs/team-building-ropes%20(1).webp?width=1200&height=1200&name=team-building-ropes%20(1).webp) Team / department celebration ### Celebrate the year with your crew. Planning for one department or a smaller team? Tell Power Up your approximate group size and what kind of experience you're trying to create. Good for: Department celebrations · Small-company gatherings · Leadership teams · Work groups ![spin-zone-wide](https://www.powerupfw.com/hs-fs/hubfs/spin-zone-wide.jpg?width=1600&height=610&name=spin-zone-wide.jpg) Family & social holiday event ### Give a mixed-age group more options. Bring family or friends together somewhere guests can eat, talk and choose from different ways to play. Good for: Extended-family gatherings · Friend groups · Seasonal reunions · Social celebrations The fun part of the plan ## Bowl. Throw. Race. Climb. Compete. Power Up combines active, skill-based and social experiences under one roof. Tell the event team what sounds right for your group and they can discuss current event options. - ![powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080](https://www.powerupfw.com/hs-fs/hubfs/powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080.jpg?width=1920&height=1080&name=powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080.jpg) ### Duckpin bowling Grab a lane, keep score and give the group an easy way to compete. - ![powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080](https://www.powerupfw.com/hs-fs/hubfs/powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080.jpg?width=1920&height=1080&name=powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080.jpg) ### Axe throwing Put accuracy to the test and see who can find the bullseye. - ![Spin-Zone](https://www.powerupfw.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Spin-Zone.jpeg?width=1205&height=1600&name=Spin-Zone.jpeg) ### Racing simulators Get behind the wheel and chase the faster lap. - ![Slick-Slide](https://www.powerupfw.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Slick-Slide.jpeg?width=1600&height=1200&name=Slick-Slide.jpeg) ### HitTrax batting Step up, take a swing and put another kind of competition on the board. - ![spin-zone-wide](https://www.powerupfw.com/hs-fs/hubfs/spin-zone-wide.jpg?width=1600&height=610&name=spin-zone-wide.jpg) ### Golf simulators Take a few swings and turn simulator play into a head-to-head challenge. - ![Rock-Wall](https://www.powerupfw.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Rock-Wall.jpeg?width=1200&height=1600&name=Rock-Wall.jpeg) ### Active challenges For groups looking to move more, Power Up also offers climbing, obstacle and active-play experiences. Power Up offers food and drinks on site, so the activity and gathering portions of the event can stay in one location. When you request a quote, tell the team whether food is part of your plan so they can discuss the current group options. - On-site food and refreshments - Group food options available to discuss - Activity and food timing can be planned together - Current menu and service options confirmed during event planning [Request a Holiday Party Quote](https://www.powerupfw.com/request-a-quote?hsLang=en) ![powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080](https://www.powerupfw.com/hs-fs/hubfs/powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080.jpg?width=1920&height=1080&name=powerup-groups-events-hero-1920x1080.jpg) One place for the plan ## From the first game to the last bite. Instead of sending the group from one activity to another location for food, Power Up can keep the gathering centered in one indoor venue. 1. ### Activities Multiple different ways to participate. 2. ### Food On-site food and drinks with group options to discuss. 3. ### Indoors Keep the activity portion of the event out of winter weather. Start with the basics ## You don’t need every detail yet. - 01 ### Share your group size Give Power Up an approximate head count so the team can understand the scope of the event. - 02 ### Send your preferred dates Share the date you want and whether you have any flexibility. - 03 ### Tell us what matters Activities, food, event style and other priorities help the team understand what options to discuss. - 04 ### Review options & reserve Power Up can review current availability and event options with you. Holiday party questions ## The details to know before you pick the date. ### How much does a holiday party cost? Holiday-event pricing is currently quoted based on the event details. Submit your approximate head count, preferred date and priorities so the Power Up team can discuss available options. ### Can we include food? Yes. Power Up currently offers food and drinks on site. Group menu, service and event-specific options should be discussed during the quote process. ### Can we choose the attractions? Tell Power Up which activities you're interested in when you submit your request. Attraction access depends on the final event format, availability and participation requirements. ### Can adults participate? Power Up offers a number of experiences that appeal to adult groups, including duckpin bowling, axe throwing and simulator experiences. Specific participation requirements vary by attraction. ### Can we rent the whole facility? Power Up's current policies reference full-space rentals for larger events. Availability, capacity, timing and pricing must be confirmed with the event team. ### When should we book? If you have preferred dates, include them in your request so the Power Up team can check current availability. ### Does submitting the form reserve our date? No. Submitting the inquiry gives the Power Up team the information needed to discuss current options. The current general group-event process states that a deposit is used later to reserve an event time and date. Not a holiday party? ## Start with Groups & Events.
