How long do we have the party room?

Each current package includes a party room for two hours. The supplied package information also states that your group may remain in the facility after the room reservation ends.

Is the birthday child included in the guest count?

Does the birthday child count toward the package guest maximum? The source says “up to” a number of guests without defining this. No consumer answer published until confirmed.

What happens if fewer guests attend than I booked for?

Current package terms state that unused guest tickets are not refundable. The Mini package also specifically states that replacement passes are not provided for unused tickets.

Does every party include simulators?

No. The current package information includes batting and racing simulators with Explorer and Extreme. Mini excludes simulators, although the document says simulator access may be added for an additional charge. Ultimate includes attractions and simulators.

Does every party include duckpin bowling?

No. Mini explicitly excludes duckpin bowling. Extreme includes one game of duckpin bowling. Ultimate lists access to all attractions and simulators. Duckpin bowling is not listed as an included feature of the Explorer package.

What is included for Spin Zone?

Mini: 1 free Spin Zone ride
Explorer: 1 free ride per active participant
Extreme: 1 free ride per active participant
Ultimate: Unlimited rides per active participant
Participants must currently be at least 48 inches tall to ride. Unused rides do not qualify for refunds or replacement passes where stated in the supplied package terms.

Are fountain drinks refillable?

The included fountain drink pitchers are listed as non-refillable. Additional refills are currently listed at $4.

Is an ICEE included?

It varies by package. Mini: no ICEE benefit is listed. Explorer and Extreme: one free small ICEE for the birthday child. Ultimate: one free large ICEE for the birthday child.

How much is the booking deposit?

Can I add pickleball?
